1. Introduction
Welcome to Kalakrit. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our language services, including but not limited to translation, localization, interpretation, voice-over, and other language-related services (collectively, "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Services and Scope
Our Services may include translation, interpretation, localization, voice-over, and other language solutions. The scope of each project is defined in the project proposal or agreement provided to the client. Any additional services requested after the proposal or agreement will incur additional charges.

3. Confidentiality
All client information, documents, and communications are treated as confidential. We agree not to disclose, copy, or use any client information for any purpose other than fulfilling the Services without prior consent, except as required by law.

4. Accuracy and Quality
We strive to provide accurate, high-quality translations and other Services. However, we do not guarantee error-free Services. Clients are encouraged to review and proofread all deliverables and notify us within [e.g., 14 days] of any errors. We will work to correct any inaccuracies reported within this period.

5. Intellectual Property
All rights to the translated or localized content remain with the client upon full payment. Kalakrit retains the rights to any proprietary materials, methods, and tools used to deliver the Services.

6. Payment Terms
All payments must be made according to the terms outlined in the invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges as per the agreement. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice issuance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability
Kalakrit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

7. Cookies
We may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience and track website usage. You can control the use of cookies through your browser settings.

8. Revisions and Changes
Requests for revisions must be made within 14 days of receiving the final deliverable. Beyond this period, any additional work or revisions will be billed separately.

9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Termination does not absolve the client of any outstanding payments.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Delhi, India, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India.

11. Amendments
Kalakrit reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
